I'd say this is the best place I have ever worked! I feel motivated, supported and valued in my role supporting two of the Directors in very diverse roles - commercial and food & purchasing.
I look after vacancies at our Support Centre, I deal with everything from coordinating interviews to making sure we utilise our talent bank of fantastic talent. I’ve been with Spirit for 8 years and I love the variety, the pace and the people. Those 8 years have been a blur and every day it’s great to work in a place with such a buzz.
I look after 20 pubs in total across a wide geographical area. My job is to help maximise profit by enhancing the Guest experience in each and every pub. It’s the people that make Spirit a success whether they are our guests or part of the Spirit team.
My role is to handle all the enquiries from guests. I have to think on my feet and pull together many areas of our business. I love working here - it's a great company, laid back, friendly and very approachable - just like me!
I love my job - no two days are ever the same! My role overlaps with HR Comm's, so I get involved with the core of our business. Training has been a key aspect of my development and I have really benefited from working for a business that focuses so much on individual support and learning.
My role is looking after 3rd party IT suppliers. It’s a good job with a fantastic bunch of people - friendly and hard-working. The environment is superb, the building at Support Centre is all open plan and eco-build so I can see practically everyone in the building from where I sit.

I’ve been with Spirit since I was 16! I’m now a Team Leader which means everything from leading my shift in the pub, through to checking hotel guests in. My job is all about making sure every guest want’s to return to our Hotel and Pub, and hopefully bring a few friends with them too!
The best part of my role is the teamwork and working with Guests. I look after the breakfast and lunchtime guests and ensure that everyone goes home smiling!
I've been with Spirit over 6 years and what impresses me most is the way the business is run. Great brands, good operational structure, excellent training and incentives. I run one of the largest pubs in the business and it makes me proud to see my team, who are like a second family, deliver in every way.

I’m a relative newcomer to the business and I’ve been so impressed at just how much structured training and support is offered. It’s such a people-orientated business, a place to get stuck-in and really work with the Guests- my advice is do it - you’ll love every minute!
We have set dishes, each prepared individually, but also an active 'special's board' which can be really challenging and fun. Now I am managing my own Kitchen. There's never a dull moment and my career is everything I was looking for!
