I joined the company in 2007, before joining I worked in High Street recruitment. I've found that there's much more of a focus on people here. There's a faster pace too, so it can be challenging. But my colleagues are fantastic and the rewards are great.

There's continuous development throughout the business, both out in the field and in our support centre. There's also a very supportive culture, which makes it a good place to develop your skills. One of the best things about working here is the career progression I am a live example of how you can develop your career and achieve your ambitions. I have received several promotions during my career and I am delighted to now be in a role where I can support other people to join the business and share the great experiences I have received.
