Crispin – Business Development Manager

I joined the company in 2003 after studying at Edinburgh University for 4 years. I was accepted onto the graduate scheme which was designed to fast track those with the ability to learn quickly into GM positions and potentially they would be the BDM’s for the future.

I was really well looked after right from the start with a competitive salary and benefits package and immediately felt at home with the company. The job has been challenging but very rewarding and you get the feeling you are part of a very hard working team that genuinely wants to be the best in the market place.

I have just been promoted from GM to BDM which shows the companies commitment to me as an employee and that the development of their people is evident throughout. I am now looking at further education in 18 months time in the form of a master’s degree which the company are supporting and will put me in a good position for the next step up the ladder.
