Jason – Menu Development Manager
I first joined the company in 1988 as a 2 week breakfast chef and have now managed to work my way up to Menu Development manager who is responsible for the creation and costings for all of the value estate menus which include Fayre & Square, 2 for £10, John Barras and Flaming Grill.
I am now managing a team of five people to help drive food sales with product innovation. I have been given many opportunities within the business to progress further up the career ladder and the company has invested a lot time and resource into my career.
Working in the food team is extremely fast paced and work to both market & seasonal food trends and also ensuring we deliver food quality with pace every time. The food team is a great team to work in as no two days are the same and we are able to make a real difference to every guest that visits one our businesses.
